- Your device is connected to the internet
- Your version of AnimA is the latest available on the store
- The items purchased are not in the in-game email

Dear User, emulators are not allowed in AnimA and our game is not intended for their use. Therefore, we are not responsible for any bugs related to them. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Anyway, we remind you that all in-app purchases are saved on your Google/Apple account and that you can contact Google/Apple support for any problems.
